How to Play PCSO Lotto Games

Each PCSO lotto game follows its own set of rules and prize structures. Below is a simplified guide on how to play and win today’s major PCSO lotto and digit games.

Ultra Lotto 6/58

To win the jackpot, a player must correctly match all six (6) winning numbers selected from numbers 1 to 58, in any order. Ultra Lotto 6/58 offers some of the biggest jackpots among PCSO games, with prizes often reaching hundreds of millions—or even over a billion pesos—when the jackpot rolls over.

Players may also choose System Play, which allows multiple number combinations and increases the chances of winning.

Prize Categories:

  • 1st Prize (Initial Jackpot): 6 out of 6 numbers – ₱75 million (minimum)

  • 2nd Prize: 5 out of 6 numbers – ₱1.5 million (shared)

  • 3rd Prize: 4 out of 6 numbers – ₱1.4 million (shared)

Grand Lotto 6/55

Similar to other major PCSO games, Grand Lotto 6/55 follows a shared-prize system for consolation winnings. The jackpot amount varies depending on ticket sales, with an initial jackpot of ₱45 million—making it the second-largest starting jackpot among PCSO lotto games.

Digit Games

Swertres Lotto (3D Lotto)

Formerly known as Swertres Lotto, 3D Lotto remains one of PCSO’s most popular digit games. To win via Straight Play, players must match the exact three winning numbers from 0 to 9 in the correct order, earning ₱4,500.

Players may also opt for Rambolito, which allows flexible number arrangements with different prize values.

EZ2 Lotto (2D Lotto)

Also known as 2D Lotto, players select two numbers from 1 to 31. Winning requires matching the exact winning combination in the correct order. Players may choose Random Pick or use the Rambolito System for more number options.

Small Town Lottery (STL)

STL games are available in selected areas nationwide and include:

  • STL Pares: Match two numbers from 1 to 40 in exact order

  • STL Swer3: Match three numbers from 0 to 9 in exact order (similar to 3D Lotto)

  • STL Swer2: Match two numbers from 0 to 9 in exact order

PCSO Announcements and Notices

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office has increased the price of major lotto tickets from ₱20 to ₱25, effective February 2025, to further boost jackpot prizes.

According to PCSO General Manager Mel Robles, the price adjustment aims not only to increase jackpot amounts but also to generate more funding for the agency’s charity and welfare programs.

He emphasized that increased participation driven by larger jackpots directly supports PCSO’s mandate:

“More importantly, the increased participation fueled by these larger jackpots directly expands the funds generated for the PCSO’s vital mission: providing health, medical assistance, and social welfare programs to millions of Filipinos.”

“Every ticket purchased is not just a chance to win; it’s a contribution to the nation’s welfare.”
